#TransformationTuesday was gonna post one of these in like 2months or so but got kinda impatient(I will probably do one then too tho lol) on the Left: that’s during Christmas(the tree’s actually in the background),150 pounds skinniest I’ve been in like 5 years, on the Right: that’s now 180 pounds 8-9% bodyfat.
So I guess now I can say I’ve done it all both chubby to fit and now skinny to fit. More than it’s health and physical benefits I did it for more confidence & also for the mental toughness that comes from commitment and discipline and that is beneficial in all other aspects of life. Four motivational quotes that I like to keep in my mind and that keep me going are 1.”Discipline is doing what you know needs to be done, when you don’t want to do it.”, 2.”Train Insane or remain the same.” 3.”Nothing great has ever been achieved without consistency.” And 4… “Do it for the ‘HOLY SHIT YOU GOT HOT!’” lol. This transformation was done in about 3months working out 5-6 days a week sessions anywhere from hour&half to three hours, combined with a healthy diet, and now we heaa :) So after some pointless time away from the gym I’m back to my true love again(working out) this time with more commitment than ever, and just very excited to see where it’ll take me :)
